Terms of Use

These are the rules EasyGPT — the service at easygpt.app — runs by. By using it you agree to them. There is no separate "I agree" button: sending your first message is your agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Below, "we" means the owner of EasyGPT, Dmitry Gennadyevich Grigoryev, self-employed, TIN 211604578976, address: apt. 56, block 1, 18 P. V. Dementyeva St., Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic, 428010, Russia; "you" means the person using the service. If you are under eighteen, use the service with the knowledge of your parents or guardians.

What the service is

EasyGPT gives you access to AI models through a chat: you write a request, the service passes it to the model you picked and shows the answer. The models are not ours — we reach them through third-party providers, and your request goes to a provider only so an answer can be generated. There is also file storage and image generation from a description.

You can use it without registering: a guest account is created by itself and recognised by a token in your browser, so guest conversations are tied to that browser — clear the site data or switch devices and they are gone for good. Registering with an email and a password removes that dependency. The service is provided "as is": we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the availability of any particular model.

Quotas and limits

Usage is counted in an internal unit — credits. Credits are not money: they cannot be bought, exchanged or transferred to someone else. They are granted for a period — a month, or a week on the weekly plan — and the counter refills on a new period: an unspent balance does not carry over. There are also limits on the number of chats, file size, total storage, images per day and how often you can export your data; some models and image generation are available by subscription only. Reaching a limit is not a ban: delete what you no longer need or wait for the new period. Quota values, the model catalogue and the cost of an exchange with a model may change without notice — they depend on the providers.

Payment

There are no paid plans at the moment: payments are not connected, you cannot turn a subscription on yourself, and no monetary obligations arise between us. Access is limited by quotas. Paid terms, when they appear, will be published here and take effect from the date stated in them.

How you may not use the service

You may not use the service against the law or to harm people: child sexual abuse material, preparing violence or weapons, malicious code, breaking into systems, phishing and fraud, harassment and exposing other people's data, passing generated content off as genuine documents or statements by real people. Nor may you get in the way of the service itself: circumventing limits and credit charges, creating accounts in bulk, reaching the service with scripts instead of the interface, reselling access, training your own models on it, or getting at someone else's conversations.

You are responsible for the content of your requests and uploaded files. In case of abuse we may restrict, suspend or terminate access — immediately in serious cases. Model providers have rules of their own: a model may refuse to answer, and that is not our decision.

Model answers

Answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or simply made up: a model produces plausible text, not verified facts, and a confident tone means nothing. This is not legal, medical or financial advice. Check anything important against the original source: the consequences of your decision remain yours.

Rights

Your requests and uploaded files remain yours. To make the service work, you allow us to store them and pass them to the chosen provider so an answer can be generated; we do not publish them and do not hand them over for model training. We claim no rights to the model's answers and do not restrict how you use them, including commercially. But we cannot promise more: exclusive rights to machine-generated text do not arise in every country, and an answer may accidentally reproduce someone else's protected material — checking that before you publish is your job. The service itself — its code, design and name — remains ours.

Your data

What we collect and how we store it is described in the privacy policy. At any time you can download an archive of your conversations and files, and delete your account together with its conversations, files and sessions. Deletion is irreversible, so export first.

Liability

We are liable for what depends on us, to the extent established by law. Nothing in these terms removes the rights the law gives you: where a term here is worse for you than the law, the law applies. We are not liable for outages and provider failures, for the content of answers and your decisions based on them, for the loss of guest conversations, or for the actions of anyone who gained access to your browser, email or password.

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. A dispute that could not be settled by correspondence is heard in court; as a consumer you may bring a claim at your place of residence.

Changes

The rules will change along with the service. A new version is published at this same address, with its date at the bottom of the page. By continuing to use the service after publication you accept it; if you do not agree, stop using it and delete your account if you wish.
